My 25 yr old gate operator failed. I called Gem Gates on Oct 1. George came that afternoon inspected system, provided hope that a replacement of the control system would solve problem.
He said he would put us on list but it might take a couple of weeks for our turn. I explained we hoped to be leaving town in 2 weeks on holiday.
George showed up Oct 2 replaced the control box re set gate actions and the 25 year old gate operating arm worked fine and reduced a full replacement option cost by about 50%.
I am very pleased with Georges efforts and recommend his services. Laura did an excellent job in handing office side of job.
